Template Rules

Template rules are preconfigured rules. The SureLog platform comes with a set of preconfigured rules that users can begin using immediately:

Steps for using template rules:

1. Select Correlation
2. Select correlation group from the left pane
3. Select a sub-rule category
4. Select a rule, then select the Edit button

5. Edit the required fields:

6. Rule Category

7. Rule Name
8. Rule Description
9. Username
10. Computer name

Steps for cloning template rules:

1. Select Correlation
2. Select Template from the left pane
3. Select a sub-rule category

1. Select a rule and then select the Copy Rule button
2. Enter data into the Rule Name and Rule Description fields
